Does it hurt?
A. No. Chiropractic care does not hurt, it actually helps alleviate pain.

Do you take my insurance?
A. We take most insurance policies. Feel free to call us to confirm. For the few insurance policies we don’t take, or for the uninsured, we have very affordable payment plans.

Do you have night/weekend hours?
A. Yes. We are open on Saturdays and evenings during the week.

Do you work with patients who are switching from another chiropractor?
A. Yes, whether you are new to chiropractic care or have been with a chiropractor previously, we are very flexible.

Do you take walk-ins?
A. Yes. We prefer if you have an appointment, but walk-ins are welcome.

Do you have massage therapists?
A. Yes, we have multiple massage therapists for any of your needs.

Being a woman, are you strong enough to handle me?
A. Dr. Best has worked with patients of all shapes and sizes, she’s strong and able, regardless of her gender.

What types of Chiropractic care do you provide?
A. Personal Chiropractic handles a variety of methods, from gentle to aggressive, based on the needs of the patient.

Can you talk to my attorney or the court about my injuries?
A. Dr. Best has experience with depositions and the courtroom. She’s ready to help you.

Do you work with sports teams?
A. Dr. Best has a great track record with athletes and teams.

Do you treat children?
A. Dr. Best has worked with patients of all ages and is great with kids.

Do you work with the elderly?
A. No patient is too old, Dr. Best is ready to help.

Do you speak Spanish?
A. Yes.

What should I bring to my first appointment?
A. Any medical records. But that’s not necessary, if you can’t get them from you doctor in time for your appointment.

Do I need a referral?
A. No, just call or come in!

Are your massage therapists male or female?
A. We have both, you can let us know what you prefer when you make your appointment.
